Told myself Trello was good enough for 6 months, just switched to Notion and lost a week of work

My buddy kept saying I'd outgrow Trello for managing my fence install jobs, but I ignored him until I hit 15 active projects and couldn't find anything. Has anyone else had a tool switch that set them back way more than expected?

Yeah I saw a tweet saying Notion breaks your stuff if you move columns around too fast.

Trello's simplicity is actually its strength if you set it up right, but moving whole systems mid-stream always hurts. Notion is powerful but has a learning curve that can eat your data if you're not careful with how it syncs. Before any big switch, running both tools side by side for a couple weeks saves headaches.

Whoa wait, Notion can actually eat your data? That's terrifying.
