Client asked for a full rebrand after I finished their logo last month
Spent 3 weeks on a logo for a bakery in Phoenix, showed them the final files, and they said 'actually we want a whole new look for our website too.' No extra budget mentioned. Anyone else get scope creep dumped on them after delivery?

That 'actually' is the word that kills you every time man. They sit on it for a week then hit you with a whole new project like it's nothing. Once had a client ask for a 'quick' revision to the font on a brochure, and by the end of the week they wanted a full brand style guide with color psychology breakdowns and competitor analysis. No extra time or money mentioned, just a 'since you're already working on it'.
