That Tuesday I had 5 empty units all get new leases in one day

Back in March I had this crazy Tuesday where I showed apartments to 3 different people in the morning, then got calls from 2 more in the afternoon who wanted to sign without even seeing the place. It was the weirdest thing. One guy said his wife's cousin lived in the building and loved it. Another was moving from out of state and just wanted to lock something down fast. I had to rush to print leases and run credit checks before the office closed at 5. Has anyone else had a day where everything just lines up like that?

12 units in one day is something I used to think was just a lucky break, not a real pattern. Back when I rented, I figured leasing agents just got lucky or had some kind of magic touch. But then I had a Tuesday last fall where I had 4 people call about the same ad within two hours, and two of them signed before even walking through the door. It made me realize that sometimes the market just has these random spikes where everything clicks, and it's not about skill at all. Did you ever figure out if there was anything special about that day, like a holiday or a big local event?

Magic touch" lol I love that. I had a day like that once and kept checking if there was a full moon or something. Nope, just random internet chaos aligning perfectly. Must have been the universe finally paying rent.

Ha! Universe paying rent, I gotta remember that one. Reminds me of the time I was trying to fix my lawnmower and it just started working after I kicked it. No idea why, but I definitely wasn't gonna question it.
