Found my missing proposal template at a coworking space in Nashville last month
I was at this spot called The Gathering in Nashville last month getting ready to send a big proposal. I opened my folder and realized I had been using the wrong template for months. The old one was too wordy and clients kept asking the same questions. I swapped to a short version with bullet points and a clear price table. My acceptance rate went from about 1 in 5 to almost half in just those few weeks. Has anyone else had a simple format change make that big a difference?
