Swapped my night owl hours for 7 AM gig hunting, results are wild
I used to scroll Upwork around 11 PM after my shift, but after 3 weeks of zero replies I tried waking up at 6:30 to pitch before work. Now I'm sending proposals in that quiet window and landing about 2 out of 5 interviews, versus maybe 1 in 10 before. Anyone else notice a big difference based on what time they post applications?
