I finally stopped using that fancy CRM for tracking refi leads

Used to log every single mortgage refi inquiry into this high-end CRM that cost me $150 a month. Then last Tuesday I switched to a plain whiteboard and some colored markers in my home office - now I close rates faster because I actually look at it every morning. Anyone else find that simpler tools just work better for refi tracking?
