Shoutout to the librarian who showed me a faster way to scan refi docs

I was stuck at the public library in Portland trying to scan a 40-page closing package, and this older librarian walked over and showed me the duplex feeder tray - cut my time from 20 minutes to like 5. Has anyone else found a random person that just saved you a ton of time on paperwork?

The same librarian once had to show me how to use the photocopier twice in one week. @ben_fisher is right, those people deserve medals for dealing with folks like me. I felt like I'd discovered a secret cheat code for adulthood that day.
