That week in 2019 when every single deal just worked

I had this one week back in October 2019 where three different refinances closed in five days. One was a guy in Portland who had been sitting on a 6.25% rate since 2008 and finally pulled the trigger. Another was a couple who needed to drop PMI and had just hit 20% equity. I didn't have to chase a single missing document or call anyone back more than once. Has anyone else had a week where everything just lined up like that?

Man I swear some people act like finding a smooth week in this business is some kind of miracle. It's not that serious. You got lucky for a few days, congrats. But let's be real, one good week doesn't mean the system is fixed or you figured anything out. It just means the stars aligned for a minute. Next week you'll probably have three different buyers ghost you and a lender that loses their docs.

Does it ever feel like this business just loves to humble you right when you get too comfortable?
