That $75 logo stock photo I bought without checking the license

I was working on a project for a local bakery in Austin and needed a quick image for their website banner. Found a great stock photo of croissants for $75 and bought it without reading the fine print. Turns out the license only allowed web use for 1000 views before they wanted more money. So I ended up paying another $50 for the extended license and lost time redoing the banner. Anyone else get burned by stock photo licenses?

Got burned on a $30 photo of coffee mugs that had a hidden clause about not resizing the image.

Bought a $40 photo of coffee beans once and found out it banned commercial use entirely.
