My dawn runs are ruined by litter every single time
I lace up feeling good, but the trash piles kill my mood... it's like the trail is crying for help. We runners need clean spaces to keep our heads in the game. What's your plan when your route gets trashed?

Man, my friend tried a new path last week and found even more garbage bags.

Honestly, I kinda tune it out after a while. My brain just focuses on my breathing and my feet hitting the ground. The trash is there, but I'm not letting it ruin my thing.

Yeah that's how it always goes, you ignore one thing and suddenly it's everywhere like @emery951 found.
