My old landlord's comment about saving hit different
Ran into my old landlord Mike at the grocery store. He asked how business was. I said slow, just scraping by. He said 'slow seasons are for building, not just surviving.' Made me realize I've been sitting around waiting instead of using this time to learn something new or fix my website. Anyone else use slow periods to actually build something new?

That "slow seasons are for building" line stuck with me too, @finleym37. I spent a whole slow winter just watching tutorials and finally fixed that broken checkout form on my site.
