Hung a corner shelf in my kitchen last weekend and it freed up my whole counter for the blender and toaster
I had no idea that tiny 12 inch shelf would hold my spice jars and oil bottles, now I can actually make coffee without moving three things first, has anyone else found a weird spot that totally changed your workflow?

My buddy put a skinny shelf right above his sink for the dish soap and scrub brushes... said it cleared out the whole under-sink cabinet for trash bags and cleaning stuff. Weird how one little spot can make the whole kitchen work better.

Hang on, are you talking about a shelf that sits RIGHT over the sink basin though? Cause I tried that and it drove me NUTS. Every time I washed a big pot, I'd whack my knuckles on the bottom of it. Plus that spot collects every splash of soapy water and turns into a slime trap if you don't wipe it down every single day. I'd rather just keep my bottle on the counter and use that little wall spot for a magnetic strip for my paring knives or something.

Used to think corner shelves were just dust collectors, but you totally proved me wrong. Now I'm eyeballing every blank wall in my kitchen like it's wasted potential or something.
