Picked the pull-out shelf over the lazy susan in my corner cabinet...

I spent a whole Saturday measuring both options for my cramped kitchen corner cabinet and went with the pull-out because the pots are heavy and I didn't trust the spinny thing to hold up. Got the $80 kit at Home Depot and installed it in about 2 hours, but now I notice the track screws are starting to loosen after just 4 months of daily use. Has anyone else had their pull-out shelf sag on one side and found a quick fix without remounting the whole thing?

Got the exact same thing happening to mine, installed it about 6 months ago and the left side just started drooping last week. I ended up grabbing some longer screws from the hardware store, like 1/4 inch longer than what came with the kit, and just pre-drilled new pilot holes a tiny bit higher on the track. Hasn't sagged since. Also made sure the frame was actually square this time because I definitely eyeballed it the first go around and that probably didn't help.

Wait, did you also have that weird plastic spacer thing in the kit that seemed totally unnecessary? I actually tried using it on mine and I swear that's what caused the left side to start sagging in the first place. Your fix sounds way smarter than what I did though - I just tightened everything down and hoped for the best, which obviously didn't work out. I'm definitely gonna try the longer screw trick this weekend, thanks for sharing that! Also good point about checking the square, I never even thought about that being part of the problem.

Oh man, you just described exactly what happened to me! I fished that little plastic spacer out of the garbage and tried it on the left side too, and within two days the whole thing was crooked. I think those things are more trouble than they're worth honestly. I ended up doing the same thing Shane did, bought some 1/4 inch longer screws at the local Ace and drilled fresh holes about a quarter inch higher. It's been solid for two months now and I finally stopped checking it every morning with a level.
