Compared two ways of handling client revisions and the difference was night and day
I used to let clients give feedback in emails and it was a mess of back-and-forth for days. Then I tried a quick 15-minute video call to talk through changes on a $900 logo job last month and we finished in one session. Has anyone else found that real-time feedback cuts down on confusion way more than written notes?

4 emails deep and I'm still trying to figure out if they want the logo bigger or just the font bigger, meanwhile a 15 minute call would've ended it all. Love that a $900 job got solved in one session, meanwhile my $50 logo client sent me 11 emails over a week and still hated it.

Honestly, had a client once ask me to move a button three pixels left then three pixels right three times in one day.

Three times? That's some next level patience. I'd have lost it.
