That time I wore pajama bottoms to a client meeting (and nobody noticed)

Last Thursday I had a video call with a new client, a local bakery owner. I was running late, so I threw on a nice blouse but forgot to change out of my fleece pajama bottoms with little donuts on them. About 10 minutes in, I dropped my pen and had to lean down to grab it, realizing my whole bottom half was on camera the whole time. They didn't say anything, but I still cringe thinking about it. Has anyone else had a wardrobe fail during a remote meeting?

My friend actually did this once but way worse. She had a big presentation for her boss and was wearing a nice blazer on top but had on these old sweatpants with a hole in the crotch. Halfway through the meeting she got up to grab something and her camera was still on. Nobody said anything then but her coworker texted her later like "hey just so you know..." She said she wanted to die on the spot but now she just laughs about it.

Honestly I don't get the big deal, aren't we all supposed to be cool with work from home now or what? Nobody said anything, so they probably didn't even care. Seems like you're way overthinking a pair of pants nobody noticed.

Eh, I gotta disagree-people definitely notice stuff like that more than you think.
