Used to send invoices as PDF attachments until I realized 40% of clients never even opened them
Switched to a simple online payment link instead and my payment time dropped from 45 days to under a week, has anyone else dumped the PDF approach yet?

Dumping PDFs feels a little dramatic unless you're Scott.alex over here running a hot dog stand or something.
