Vent: Took me 3 years to realize I was being double-fee'd on PayPal
I was sending invoices through PayPal while also paying Fiverr's 20% cut and it wasn't until I noticed a random $3.49 fee last month that I connected the dots on how much I was losing.

Read a post on another forum where a freelancer got hit with PayPal's currency conversion fee on top of Fiverr's cut. They were invoicing in USD but their PayPal was set to local currency, so PayPal was converting the money and taking another 2.5% every time. Small fees like that add up fast when you are sending invoices every week. You checked your PayPal settings to see if that was happening too?
