That font thing really gets under your skin doesn't it. I had a client once flip out over a 2 point size difference and it still bothers me years later.

Clients get weird about tiny details sometimes, but it's their project and their money.

That 2 point thing reminds me of a client I had. Wanted me to move a button exactly 3 pixels to the left. Took a whole afternoon of back and forth. @emma_jones probably knows that kind of pain. Finally realized she just didn't like the color of it either. Ended up changing the whole layout instead.
