Had a week last September where every job went sideways

I do freelance graphic design from my home in Scarborough, and last September I had three projects due in the same week. One client wanted a full rebrand after I had already sent the final logo files, which added six extra hours overnight. Another client sent me the wrong text for their brochure, so I had to redo all the layouts from scratch. By Thursday, my laptop crashed and I lost two hours of unsaved work because I forgot to hit save after a coffee break. That week tested my patience more than any other in five years of freelancing. Has anyone else had a stretch where everything seemed to go wrong at once?

420 dollars worth of ink cartridges I had just bought dried up that week. Opened the pack and three of them were already empty straight from the box.
