Last Tuesday was the worst day I've had freelancing in 2 years
Client called at 8am saying they needed a full rewrite on a project I'd already finished. Then my laptop died mid-save and I lost 4 hours of edits. Had to borrow a friend's old Chromebook just to get the file sent by 5pm. Anyone else have a day where everything just breaks at once?

That "laptop died mid-save" part hits hard. Did you have any kind of backup running or were you just trusting it to hold? I've been burned before by saving to the desktop instead of the cloud.

Yeah I just set it and forget it with OneDrive now. Lost a whole day's worth of edits once on a flash drive that crapped out, never again.

@noahwood OneDrive saved my butt once, set it to autosave every few minutes.
