Hit 60 spray jobs in a row without a single callback this week

I do painting and drywall repair for new builds up near Tacoma, and I kept getting called back for tiny drips or uneven edges for like 2 years. Then last fall I started using a 4-inch roller on ceilings instead of a 3-inch, and it cut down my touch-up time by a ton. Anyone else find a simple tool swap that fixed a recurring headache like this?

Oh, gosh, that's a good point about the nap length. I think a lot of folks get hung up on the tool shape but forget the nap is just as important. For me, it was switching from standard painter's tape to the green frog tape. I used to get bleed-through on the edges all the time, and that little bit of extra money saved me hours of cleanup and re-doing lines. It's funny how a tiny change in something you buy every week can fix a problem you just accepted as normal.
