Right there with you, it's honestly pretty brutal. That 20% cut gets taken before you've even had a chance to build up any momentum on the platform. And yeah, the overseas pay gap is a huge issue that never gets talked about in those flashy "make money online" ads. It feels like they're just squeezing new people from all sides, no matter where you're from.

Had a buddy from the Philippines try this platform a few months back and he was pulling in solid reviews but his pay was barely half what local guys were getting. He showed me the numbers once and it was depressing seeing how hard he worked for peanuts compared to someone doing the same job in the US. That kind of stuff really kills motivation fast when you're already grinding.
