That $20 PDF of blank contracts I found in 2018 saved my ass more times than I can count

Back when I started hauling furniture solo, I kept getting screwed by people who'd cancel last minute or claim I damaged their stuff. I mean seriously, I lost $180 on one move alone because the guy just didn't show. So I dug around and found a simple fill-in contract template from some random forum, cost me $20 to download. Has anyone else used a basic contract form to cut down on flaky clients, or am I just lucky it worked?

@joseph48's buddy must have the same contract I do. I swear, that $20 form has saved me more in lost wages than I'll ever spend on coffee. One guy tried to back out of a two-bedroom move after I already loaded half his kitchen, and I just showed him the cancellation fee in bold. He paid up and even tipped me for being "thorough.

Ha, @kellyallen basically proved that contracts work on both parties!

A buddy of mine used one of those forms and it stopped a guy from ditching on a three-room move.
