Just realized my yoga flow was too rigid.
I was stuck doing the same sequence every day and it felt boring. Mixing in some new poses this morning made the whole practice feel fresh and fun.

Honestly that happens with so much stuff, not just yoga. Like you get stuck making the same coffee or driving the same way to work. Tbh switching up one small thing can make your whole day feel less like a boring rerun.

Totally get that stress feeling when routines change. Felt the same trying new running routes last month. What worked for me was just swapping one tiny thing first, like listening to a podcast instead of music. That small win made it easier to try a different path the next week. It doesn't have to be a big overhaul all at once.
