Am I the only one who fell for the 3 episode rule and lost a whole weekend to a show that never got good?
Last weekend I sat through 14 episodes of a popular mecha show because everyone online kept saying "it gets good after episode 8" (it did not get good). I gave up 6 hours of my Saturday plus a nap. Now I'm wondering how many people actually finish a show they hate just because of that rule. Where do you draw the line on dropping a series?
