I spent $45 on a limited edition anime box set that was just a regular DVD in a fancy sleeve.
Do you think collectors should call out misleading packaging more, or is it just buyer beware when you're after special editions?

Man that's such a rip-off. I bought a "collector's edition" video game last year that was just the disc in a steelbook case, no extra content or anything. They absolutely need to be called out for it because that fancy sleeve is just cheap cardboard. It feels like a total scam when you open it up.
