I started using a 000 blade on skin fades and the difference was insane

For two years I was fading with a 0.5 guard and getting okay results but never that crispy blend. Last month I switched to a 000 blade for the bottom half and my clients started asking what I changed after one haircut. Has anyone else seen that big of a jump just from dropping half a guard size?
