Shop hit a walk-in record of 41 cuts on a rainy Saturday and I still don't know what happened
We usually do maybe 18 on a Saturday but it poured all day in Fort Worth so everyone bailed on their outdoor plans and came to us instead. By 2pm I had three guys waiting on the bench and my clippers were so hot I had to rotate in my backup pair. What's your busiest walk-in day ever looked like, and did you ever figure out why it happened?

Rain days are sneaky like that, nobody wants to sit in traffic for a fade when it's pouring so they all pile in at once. We started handing out numbers on a little whiteboard after a day like that and it saved my sanity. Also keep a fan pointed at your station, hot clippers are the real bad guy on days like that.
