Switched from spring clamps to lever clamps after a bad fade

I used to hold sections with those old spring clamps for years, but last week a client moved his head and one popped off mid-fade. I grabbed a set of lever clamps from the shop on Saturday and the grip is just way steadier. Has anyone else made that swap and noticed their lines got cleaner?

Remember the clips go on the same side each time, that keeps the hair from twisting.

Wait, you mean I can't just wing it and hope the hair gods smile on me? @quinn341 clearly wants me to have consistent clips, but my chaotic energy says otherwise. Pretty sure my hair would twist just to spite me at this point.
