15 years of wedding shoots and I just did my first $300 deposit contract last month
For years I did the handshake thing and ate every last minute cancellation, but after a bride in Savannah ghosted me on a $1,800 date I switched to a plain one page deal with 50% up front, and honestly the couples who push back on it are the same ones who pay late anyway so has anyone found a deposit number that scares off the flakes without losing good bookings?
