See it a bit differently. A quick walk helps clear the noise for a bit, but the actual problem is still waiting for you when you get back. Sometimes you need to sit with the frustration and actually figure out what's causing it instead of just stepping away.

That line sounds like something from a business podcast. I heard a guy at a coffee shop in Seattle say something similar last month while charging five bucks for a basic pour-over. Sometimes it's just fancy talk to make a simple price hike sound deep.
