The retainer model I swore was a scam actually saved my income last quarter
I fought against offering retainer packages for 2 years, thinking clients would never go for it, but after 3 months of testing it with 5 clients I actually made more in March than any single month before. Has anyone else had retainer deals turn out way better than expected?

Did it take you a while to get comfortable with locking in the price upfront too? I felt the same way until the steady checks started rolling in and it just made everything easier to plan around.
