Told to drop my rate, then the client doubled the scope
I quoted a $2,500 website build in Austin and a client said it was too high, so I dropped it to $1,800. Then they added three extra pages and a custom contact form, no extra pay. Has anyone else regretted lowering their rate just to keep a deal that costs you more hours?

My friend dropped his price once, client doubled the work too. Total regret.
