My uncle's 3-word BBQ advice made me rethink my whole setup
Was over at my uncle's place in Savannah last weekend, and he watched me fuss over my smoker for 10 minutes before saying, 'Stop babying it.' He meant the wood, the temp, the wrap, all of it. He's been running the same rusted kettle grill for 23 years, and his ribs come out better than my $600 rig. Anyone else get humbled by a relative who does less and gets more?

Read somewhere that overthinking BBQ is just anxiety with extra smoke.
