A customer told me my wheel build was wrong because it didn't match YouTube, and I almost lost it
Spent 90 minutes truing a rear wheel at my shop in Sacramento, got it within 0.3mm of perfect, and this guy pulls up a 12-minute video from some channel with 80k subs saying I should have crossed the spokes a different way, so I just handed him the spoke wrench and told him to have at it, but seriously, how do you all deal with customers who think a random video beats actual hands-on experience?
