Hit 100 tire inserts installed and the failure rate surprised me

I hit 100 tire inserts installed over the last 18 months, mostly for gravel and fat bikes. Thought I'd see maybe 10 or 15 come back with issues, but it's only been 3, and all of those were user error with the valve stem. The big thing I learned is that proper seating with soapy water and a floor pump beats any expensive tool I've tried. Even the cheap foam strips have been solid if you overlap the ends right. Anyone else track their install numbers and see a similar low failure rate, or am I just getting lucky with the tires folks bring in?
