Torque wrench clicks saved my shop floor from a cracked frame
Had a customer bring in a carbon bike after a loud pop on a climb, turned out a buddy had over-tightened the seatpost clamp with zero care. Since then I keep a $35 beam torque wrench on the bench for every single carbon touch point. Any of you guys use a clicker over the beam style for daily work?

You ever seen a guy snap a derailleur hanger clean off just by snugging it up with a multi-tool? My buddy did that on a gravel ride, thought he was being careful. He had one of those cheap clickers that he never got calibrated, so it was clicking way too late. The bolt gave out before the wrench did. Now he just uses the beam style like yours, slower but you can feel exactly when it's tight. I'd take a dumb needle gauge over a lying clicker any day.
