I started emailing a Doodle poll with three options a week before our meeting, and it cut that whole debate out. Anyone else have a simple trick that saved their club time?

Three weeks ago I accidentally created a Doodle with 47 time slots because I didn't understand the "limit options" setting. I had to email everyone in the department and apologize for the chaos. Honestly it's a miracle I'm still trusted with scheduling anything.
