Just realized my habit trackers were way too complicated
I used to have this massive habit tracker with like 15 categories - water intake, steps, reading, meditation, you name it. Then my buddy who also bullet journals told me I was basically making a chore chart for myself instead of something helpful. He said keep it to 3 things max and focus on what actually moves the needle. So I cut it down to just sleep, exercise, and sketching for 10 minutes a day. After 2 months of that, my completion rate went from maybe 40% to over 80%. Has anyone else had to pare down their spreads to actually make them stick?
