Honestly, rebuilding your habit tracker might be a good thing. The first one probably had a bunch of stuff you don't really need, like tracking every single glass of water or minute of stretching. Focus on just 3 or 4 habits that actually matter to you, like reading 15 minutes or walking 5k steps. Tbh, keeping it simple is the whole trick to making a tracker actually work long term.

Nah, I disagree. Tracking everything actually worked better for me.

Stick with the bare minimum that you'll actually do every single day. Three habits you keep up beats ten you quit after two weeks.
