My habit tracker hit 100 days and I didn't even notice

I was setting up my new monthly spread and flipped back through my journal. I have a simple little box for daily water intake, and I realized I'd filled it in for 100 days straight without missing one. I started it back in March after a bad headache my doctor said was from not drinking enough. It's wild because I never stick with things that long. Has anyone else been surprised by a streak they built without trying too hard?

Nice. The stuff that sticks is always the stuff you don't have to think about.

What changed your mind on that? I used to be all about tracking and spreadsheets for everything, thinking that was the only way to stay on top of things. But after a while the stuff I did without thinking just worked better and I stopped bothering with the rest.

That's how it works. You just make it part of the routine, like brushing your teeth.

Ha, that's awesome. My longest streak is probably three days before I forget the habit tracker exists.
