Switched from a $22 Leuchtturm to a $.99 notebook and my migration turned into a 6 hour mess
Last month I read on here that expensive journals are a waste, so I grabbed a cheap composition book from the Walgreens on 5th and moved my whole system over on a Sunday. By Tuesday the pages were bleeding through my Sharpie, my index was useless, and I had to recopy 47 daily logs into the old book just to find anything. My takeaway is that paper weight matters more than I thought, and I clearly picked the wrong place to save money. Has anyone else tried a cheap book and had it backfire, or did I just pick a bad brand?
