Cloud migration took 4 months, client swore it was a weekend task
I told a retail client their 12 year old server setup would need careful planning, but they kept saying just move it over a weekend. It took 4 months and 3 rollbacks because their inventory system kept corrupting sales data. Has anyone else had a client argue about timelines for stuff they clearly never looked at?
