Decorator in Austin asked me to Photoshop her client's face onto a different body

She said the client's head looked fine but their outfit was ugly and she wanted to swap the whole body to something from Pinterest, has anyone else dealt with a request that just felt illegal?

A friend of mine does freelance graphic design and someone asked her to swap a bride's entire family onto different bodies from a magazine spread. She said the client kept sending photos of random models and wanted her to cut and paste faces onto them like paper dolls. My friend told them no and they got really mad, saying it was just a "little edit." She still talks about how weird it felt to be asked to make someone's relatives look like strangers.

luna261 yeah that's a hard no from me too, saw a similar thing on TikTok where a designer got asked to photoshop a bride's ex out of every wedding photo and replace him with her dad's friend. People don't get how creepy that stuff is until you're the one staring at someone's face pasted onto a total stranger's body like some Frankenstein project. Your friend was smart to walk away from that one, boundaries exist for a reason.

Right? That's basically just body snatching with extra steps.
