Fired a landscaper who was 3 hours late every single visit, then rehired him after seeing the difference in my neighbor's yard
Turns out he was late because he was finishing up at the house across the street first, and his work there looked so much better than what I had been getting from the guy before him that I decided to just shift my schedule expectations and give him a shot anyway, and has anyone else rehired someone they swore off because the evidence was literally right next door?
