My old boss in Tulsa said never give a client my cell number, and 3 years later I finally get why
Back in 2019 my boss at a print shop in Tulsa told me to never hand out my personal cell to a client, and I thought he was just being paranoid. Last month a guy I did a $700 logo job for started texting me at 11pm on a Saturday about "small tweaks," then called me twice on Sunday when I didn't answer fast enough. Do you guys give clients your real number or keep everything in email?
