Showerthought: my wife asked why I stopped answering calls after 6pm, and it's because of a voicemail a guy in Tampa left me 2 years ago
He rambled for 11 minutes about a leak I'd already fixed twice for free, then asked for my insurance guy's number so he could sue me, and now every 6pm ring feels like a trap, so how do you all screen new people without losing the good ones?

11 minutes?? That dude had nothing better to do than rant about a leak you already fixed twice for free, and then he wants your insurance guy to sue you? The nerve of some people is honestly wild. Maybe just let unknown numbers go to voicemail and call back the ones who leave a normal, short message.
