Warning: a client said my weekly updates were a wall of text, so now I send 3 bullets and a number
She said "I stopped reading at line 6" so I cut the update to 3 bullets plus one number (hours used), and my approval emails now come back in under 20 minutes instead of 3 days, has anyone else had a client hand them a rule like that?
