Spent about $300 on a shared calendar tool for my small team and it's already paying off.

We were always missing follow-ups because notes were stuck in different email chains. I got the tool after a big project got messy. Now we all see the same schedule and notes in one spot. It feels like we're finally on the same page. Has anyone else found a simple tool that fixed a basic but annoying problem like this?

On the same page" seems like a big claim for a calendar.

Right? It's just a grid of dates. The whole point is we're all looking at different pages, that's how time works. Feels like marketing people got ahold of a basic idea and tried to make it sound deep. What's next, a to-do list that brings us closer as a species?

Marketing loves to overcomplain about stuff that just works.
