Took me 6 months to realize my CRM was double-counting every single lead

Found out last Thursday that my pipeline numbers were all wrong because I had two Zapier automations fighting each other, has anyone else had their CRM secretly mess up their data like that?

I mean, "burnt six months" sounds pretty dramatic but idk, maybe it's just me. Six months is a long time but it's not like you lost a limb or anything. Plus you probably learned a thing or two along the way even if it didn't work out.
